Yes, we are. We have public liability insurance against accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to 2 million pounds. Excess on all claims is £50.00.
✓Are cleaners insured?
Yes, they are. Our cleaning ladies are covered by our public liability insurance against accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to 2 million pounds. Excess on all claims is £50.00.
✓Can I have the same cleaner on each visit?
Yes, for as long as you are happy with the cleaning lady, the same person will be looking after your cleaning task on each visit - weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We will not change your cleaner without notifying you and ask your permission to do so.
✓What happens when my cleaner goes on holiday or is sick?
