FAQ

FAQ

How are you vetting your cleaners?

All our cleaners came highly recommended to us, before joining our team. However, we still interview them, before agreeing to sign a contract. We demand the following documents: Copy of Passport/ID card, Proof of address, NI Number/UTR, References from previous employers.

Do I need to sign a contract?

There is no contract with us. You can terminate the service at any time, but we will only require 2 weeks’ notice, so we can arrange alternative job for the cleaning lady.

Do I pay any membership fees or additional agency costs?

No, you only pay per hour service with us- there are NO any additional or hidden charges.

How and when should I pay?

Great news – we now have various payment methods to best suit your needs - online bank transfer, payment over the phone or directly through our web site, Barclays pingit, or you could also set up a weekly/fortnightly standing order with your bank. The good old-fashioned cash in hand is also available. Payments are usually collected at the end of each month, however, you can also pay on the day of the cleaning visit.

Can I choose the day of the cleaning service?

Yes, of course. Our cleaners can start as early as 6am and work until 9pm in the evenings, including weekends, at no extra cost.

Can I have the same cleaner on each visit?

Yes, for as long as you are happy with the cleaning lady, the same person will be looking after your cleaning task on each visit - weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We will not change your cleaner without notifying you and ask your permission to do so.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are. We have public liability insurance against accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to 2 million pounds. Excess on all claims is £50.00.

Yes, they are. Our cleaning ladies are covered by our public liability insurance against accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to 2 million pounds. Excess on all claims is £50.00.

Who provides the cleaning supplies?

You will need to ensure you have all the necessary cleaning supplies ready for our cleaner, when they come. We find our customers prefer to use their own products and equipment, which is also more hygienic. We can provide our own cleaning products (except hoover and mop), but at an extra cost.

What happens when my cleaner goes on holiday or is sick?

If your cleaner is sick or goes on a holiday, we shall be organising a replacement cleaning lady for the period your regular cleaner is away.

Do I need to provide spare set of keys to the cleaner?

It is completely up to you – you can either be at your property each time when the cleaner comes or provide them with a spare set of keys, so they can let themselves in and secure the door well on their way out.

What if I am not happy with my current cleaner?

Please let us know as soon as possible. We aim to deliver an excellent service at all times and we will do our best to rectify the situation in the best possible away- we can either speak to your current cleaner and ensure more attention is paid to the job, or organise  and recommend another cleaner of ours. Choosing a cleaner is strictly individual and sometimes it takes a bit longer to find the right person, who will fit your requirements best. The good news is that our team is here for constant support and help with all issues you may have!
