Normally within 1-2 days depending on your requirements and which day of the week you need a cleaner.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE POLICY?
Yes, we are fully insured
CAN I SPECIFY THE DAY OF THE WEEK THE CLEANER COMES TO CLEAN?
Yes, you can specify the day you want us to clean for you and we will work hard to supply you with suitable cleaner on the chosen day.
DOES THE SAME CLEANR COME TO CLEAN ON THE SAME DAY EACH WEEK?
Yes, the cleaner will come to your premises on the chosen day, but should you need to change your regular day, you should speak to us and inform the cleaner. Friday is a particular busy day, so try and avoid a change to Friday if possible.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE CLEANER FAILS TO TURN UP?
Every effort is made checking cleaners references and reliability to ensure you get a cleaner that won't let you down, but there is always a possibility that this may happen. Whatever the problem and the reason for not turning up is, they should inform CLEANER TEAM and we will inform you. Unfortunately sometimes the don't if this happens, so please call CLEANER TEAM straight away and we will try to make alternative arrangements for you.
WILL THE CLEANER DO IRONING?
Yes. All our cleaners are happy to do ironing at no extra cost.
FOR OFFICE CLEANING - do you clean before or after working hours?
We can come and clean at any time. Just let us know when is the most convenient time for you.
If you require before or after working hours cleaning you will need to arrange access to the premises for our cleaning operatives.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment by card (VISA, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta), cash, cheque.
